We started our vision in 2004 in Orange County, California.  From the very beginning we knew we had created a brand new concept in the restaurant industry that was here to stay.  One that was centered around daily deliveries of fresh seafood in a fast-casual atmosphere where people could actually afford to eat every day.  We soon added  hormone-free chicken, and grain-fed beef to create a one-of-a-kind gourmet menu that is centered around fresh ingredients and impeccably clean preparation.  Our commitment back then, is the same as it is today:  we want to serve the absolute best quality food that not only tastes great and is a great value but is also good for your health and wellness.  This means we take special care in always searching for the best possible ingredients and are dedicated to providing you a nutritious meal with no artificial hormones or additives – just natural unprocessed food.  That’s what we’re all about and we trust that you will feel and taste the difference.  We understand that you are committed to living a nutritiously balanced, clean, and active lifestyle – it is our promise to help you achieve that.  We here at Malibu Fish Grill are passionate about food and hope to expand our concept rapidly so that more peole could enjoy our restaurants.  We love what we do and we wish to be able to serve you another great meal soon!
